The service is exceptional and the food tastes fresh and homemade. I had the insalata cacio e pera, pappardelle alla ossobucco and chocolate mousse cake, still thinking about it - all so good! What i remember most is that, starting with the person who took the reservation, to the hostess, waiter and all other staff who attended to us, we felt appreciated. Even though we came late and stayed a bit past closing, everyone went out of their way to be friendly, extra accommodating and make sure that we were enjoying ourselves and not feeling rushed. I think that is rare at restaurants these days, where many have shortened their business hours. Thank you, Tarantino's! :-)
Very good Italian restaurant with great service, terrific wine list and most importantly good food. The pasta dishes are made fresh with great ingredients. The main courses are exceptional too! Make sure to try the limoncello along with your dessert. Can't beat Tuesday night half off bottled wines! A must try of you are in Westport!

Wonderful place! Not only is the food terrific but they are kind loving people. My parents in their 90's who have gone there twice a week for years are struggling with my mom who sadly fell ill this week. My poor sweet mother can't leave the house and the manager rushed to their home with food to give them a meal of their favorite foods and made their day! God Bless you. You are an amazing business!
Tarantino's never ceases to disappoint. The pasta is always perfectly al dente. The meats are incredible. Best pork chop I've ever had. You cannot find finer Italian dining outside of Italy.
Delicious. Cozy, attentive staff. You need Resys. It was packed. Hostess was so kind, She was able to squeeze the 2 of us in. Scarpiello a d chicken margarita amazing.
The best raw oysters you'll ever have are here! They were extremely fresh and came with an amazing cocktail sauce. I ordered the Brasato Tartufato and oh my goodness it was spectacular! The scallops and shrimp were cooked to perfection, and the sauce that embodied the meal had amazing flavor. The staff is also very friendly. I'll definitely be coming back here.
Last night was my first time at Tarantino and it was a most pleasant experience. We started with Portobello E Gorgonzola which was fantastic, and my entree was the Paccheri Al Ragu Bianco E Tartufo ( Large rigatoni. ground veal, white wine, porchini mushrooms and black truffle in a very light cream sauce). Out of this world!!! And the pasta was cooked to perfection. I cant wait to go back and try the lobster and crab ravioli... I forgot to take pictures...next time!!
